Reflection
- After completing the race, I could not be happier that I chose to do it. It was the best capstone project I could have done. It brought me closer to my uncle, and proved the people who doubted my abilities wrong.
- I gained a lot of respect for marathon runners. A lot of things are taken for granted because we do not see the hard work put in behind the scenes.
- It was meaningful because it was the hardest physical task I had ever endured. It is something that nobody can ever take away from me. Crossing the Finish Line meant that I had proved people wrong and believed in myself.
- I learned how to be a better and faster runner. I also learned how to keep pushing myself no matter how badly it hurt. I found that being mentally prepared helped me push through the physical pain.

- If I could redo it, I would train more. I would also plan the race a different time so I would not be training during the winter.
